For the 2023 BFSC Spring Series, we reinstated flat starts. We also offered RC training those interested in learning how to be a member of the Race Committee.   The training was conducted by Chris Webster and Tom Graham, both quite experienced as racers and principal race officers (PRO) of race committees.
